Ran 3 miles, took 40 mins
sore and tired.
ate healthy....super tired from work

Monday: Hit 75 balls and 1 round in the batting cages 
yogurt and granola
ahi wrap 
wedge salad
scalloped potatoes
shrimp cocktail
Tuesday: Ran across the Golden Gate Bridge.
Blueberry Muffin ( Thanks Say)
sml piece of pizza
chix with capers and squeeze of lemon
cherries and a plum

May 27th: 3mile run, 35 mins.Core workout. (im sore...looks like it worked)
May 28th: Going for a run afterwork. (20mins ) (20 bike ride) Work out bi's today

last night i ate popcorn for dinner, and have been super tired. I am hoping that this work out is energizing.

Riding Horses for 2-3 hours.... (450 calories an hour) hell yeah.
Food- cereal, plum, peanut butter/celery, chicken,black beans, and rice from La Salsa.
Dinner? Unknown.

May, 15th

So, I almost killed myself running today.
Heat outside was aproximately 100 degree's and I think that it was a very stupid thing to go and run in the heat.
Run: 1.5-2.0miles, walked 1.0miles.
Food: Special K cereal, Plum, Small Salad, PB & J sando, and something yummy for dinner.
