May 13th, 2008

Food: Tuna Sandwich, Snacks of celery and peanut butter, a plum and a handful of trail mix.
Dinner: Turkey salad and rice
Exercise: Ran 1hour. Made it almost the full 5 mile loop. Had to walk on and off the last mile. Longest Hardest Run I have ever done. Feel tired already. But great.
