Goals for May 15th:
THURS. Run / start eating right again
Breakfast: coffee w/ lowfat milk and 2 tbsp of sugar (yes i know thats a lot)
banana
Yogurt and Granola
Lunch: Salmon or Chix no sauce just lemon wedge with side of veggies.
Dessert: Special K cereal bar
Dinner: Joe Damagios
Steak and veggies or Fish
Dessert: None
- buy netty pot ( my allegies are going crazy)
- buy gym membership (make sure yoga classes are at good times)

Good Goals...yeah. Your on track. When we see each other slipping, we have to note it on the blog!!!!!!!!!
