Finally Back on Track!!!

Couldnt sleep last night so woke up @ 6  and ran by my house, down union street (pretty much all the way, by all the cute shops). Walk / run of 35 min. 

Goals for May 15th:

THURS.  Run / start eating right again
Breakfast: coffee w/ lowfat milk and 2 tbsp of sugar (yes i know thats a lot)
   banana
   Yogurt and Granola
Lunch:    Salmon or Chix no sauce just lemon wedge with side of veggies.
   Dessert: Special K cereal bar 
Dinner:      Joe Damagios 
    Steak and veggies or Fish
   Dessert: None
  •   buy netty pot ( my allegies are going crazy)
  • buy gym membership (make sure yoga classes are at good times)
